1. Important Automatic Renewal Disclosure
THE MAJORITYS REWARDS MEMBERSHIP IS A PAID, AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION.
Your membership costs $39.99 USD every 30 days, plus applicable taxes.
When you enroll, your payment method will be charged $39.99 USD immediately, and $39.99 USD every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
By completing your purchase, you expressly authorize Aducate LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on this recurring basis.
You may cancel at any time. No phone call is required to cancel.
2. Membership Benefits
While your membership remains active, you may receive benefits including member-only pricing, exclusive discounts, VIP product releases, early access to promotions, priority customer support, exclusive content, special offers, and other rewards that Majoritys may introduce from time to time.
Membership benefits are available only while your subscription remains active and paid. Benefits may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Billing
Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
Unless cancelled before your next billing date, your payment method will automatically be charged $39.99 USD for each new billing period.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
4. Payment Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize Majoritys to securely store or reference your payment information and process recurring membership charges until your subscription is cancelled.
If your payment cannot be processed, we may retry the transaction, request updated payment information, suspend membership benefits, or terminate your membership.
5. Renewal Notifications
Where required by applicable law, we will send an email reminder approximately 5–7 days before your renewal.
After every successful membership payment, you will receive an electronic receipt.
You are responsible for ensuring your email address remains accurate.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.

A telephone call is never required to cancel your membership.
Cancellation requests submitted through email or our cancellation form are generally processed within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
After your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
7. Effect of Cancellation
After cancellation is processed:
Future recurring charges will stop.
Your membership benefits will generally remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
Once your paid membership expires, member pricing, rewards, exclusive offers, and all other membership benefits will end.
If you choose to rejoin later, you will enroll at the membership price in effect at that time.
8. Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable because access to membership benefits begins immediately after enrollment.
However, refund requests submitted within 14 days of the applicable membership charge may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships obtained through fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment methods, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
